All items undergo quality checks before shipment to guarantee they meet our standards. We partner with reliable carriers to deliver your order safely, whether it's apparel, footwear, or complementary accessories.

Shipping Timeframe

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Delivery times vary based on your location and carrier availability. While most shipments arrive within the estimated window, occasional delays due to high demand or external factors may occur. Seasonal collections or limited-edition drops may require additional processing time, which we’ll communicate proactively.

Shipping Costs

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping (10–15 Business Days): Applies to orders totaling $0–$60; shipping cost $15.
Free Shipping (10–15 Business Days): Applies to orders totaling $60–$9,999; shipping cost $0.

Fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your cart subtotal.

Shipping Regions

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the UK, and select EU countries. Due to logistical constraints, we’re unable to deliver to remote areas, certain islands, or regions with trade restrictions. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and carrier link. Use our Order Tracker or the carrier’s portal for real-time updates. For guest orders, tracking details are sent to the email address provided during checkout. Delays in tracking updates may occur within the first 24 hours post-shipment.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your package exceeds the estimated delivery window, first check the tracking link for carrier updates. For unresolved delays or lost shipments, contact our support team at [email protected] within 30 days of shipment. Include your order number and any relevant details. We’ll collaborate with the carrier to locate your package or initiate a resolution.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may incur customs fees, taxes, or import duties based on your country’s regulations. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in your order total. We recommend consulting local customs authorities to estimate potential costs. SURFSTRAP cannot reimburse these fees or adjust declared package values.
