Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that cancellations cannot be processed after your order has entered the shipping process. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the original receipt or proof of purchase. Items that are damaged, altered, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

Upon approval of your return, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution's processing times. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

If you received a gift and would like to return it, we will issue a refund in the form of store credit to the original purchaser. The refund amount will be based on the original purchase price of the item.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us with your order details and we will investigate the matter.

For returns that are lost in transit, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot issue refunds for items lost during return shipping.
